EXPO25

On the World Stage: My EXPO 2025 Journey

I spent several months in Japan working on EXPO 2025 in Osaka – an unforgettable professional challenge and one of the most intense experiences of my career. I was responsible for video production, photography, copywriting and social media, while also contributing to interviews, strategic planning and communication. This project gave me the chance to grow in many directions – from creative execution to decision-making and high-level coordination.

During EXPO25, I had the honor of photographing Czech President Petr Pavel, Japanese Princess Takamado, the King of the Netherlands and many other distinguished guests.

Working side by side with the Czech team allowed me to gain invaluable experience and skills that I will carry into all future projects.

During EXPO 2025 in Osaka, I was responsible for the complete management of the Czech Pavilion’s social media presence – including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (Twitter). This role gave me the unique opportunity to communicate with a truly global audience and share our story on an international stage.

My work covered the entire content pipeline: photography, video production, copywriting, post scheduling, community management and interaction. I also monitored analytics and performance statistics, ensuring that our communication was not only visually strong but also strategically effective.

Thanks to this experience, I gained invaluable skills in managing large-scale international communication while keeping the content authentic, engaging and aligned with the identity of the Czech Pavilion.

Take a look at EXPO 2025 Czechia on Instagram to see some of the work in action.
